I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work, with a concentration in psychodynamic practice, from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice. My specialization is helping individuals heal from trauma and the emotional and physical symptoms that can follow. I am a Parnell Institute-certified Attachment-Focused EMDR therapist. I primarily practice through the lens of AF-EMDR and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
